Anthropic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the technical infrastructure protecting executives and their families outside the corporate office—homes, vehicles, and travel. Reporting to the Protective Services Lead, you'll sit at the intersection of physical security technology, hands-on program delivery, and vendor management.
You will own residential security system design, integration, and lifecycle management for assigned executive residences, including cameras, alarms, access control, and sensor networks. You'll design and harden home networks for executive residences and travel, coordinating with corporate IT/InfoSec standards. The role includes managing the technology side of travel security: secure communications provisioning, single-use travel hardware, and rapid-deployment kits for new or temporary properties.
Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships and contracts for the residential and personal technology stack, maintaining system health monitoring and as-built documentation, and owning decommissioning when properties or vehicles change. You'll serve as the first point of contact for executive and family requests involving personal technology and security systems, resolving directly where possible and routing strategic decisions to the Protective Services Lead. You'll also contribute audit-ready documentation to support regulatory, customer, and partner diligence.
This is not a coordination-only role. You need enough technical fluency to make sound decisions on the ground, enough program rigor to keep vendors and installs on track, and enough judgment to know when decisions belong with leadership. You'll produce documentation read by people who never see the systems themselves, so clarity matters as much as technical correctness.
Ideal candidates bring hands-on physical security technology experience from residential, travel, or personal-protection contexts; solid program management experience delivering security technology; and experience building security technology capabilities from zero in high-growth environments. You should be comfortable managing vendor relationships through full lifecycle (selection, contracting, onboarding, performance management, renewal), write clearly for diverse audiences, and operate comfortably with moderate ambiguity. Strong candidates have 10+ years delivering physical security technology programs, direct residential or executive-protection-adjacent experience, work history at AI-focused or frontier technology companies, and experience managing distributed vendor networks across multiple properties.
