Salary: USD 195,000 - 245,000 / annual
Anthropic is seeking an Executive Services Program Manager to support the Global Safety, Intelligence & Security (GSIS) function. This role sits at the intersection of corporate security fundamentals and program management execution, reporting to the Protective Service Senior Manager.
You will execute a defined slice of policies, processes, and reporting that enable the function to scale. This is not a purely administrative position—you'll need security domain grounding to work credibly alongside experienced practitioners, program discipline to execute reliably against defined plans, and judgment to escalate appropriately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain the policy and procedure library for your assigned GSIS sub-domain, flagging gaps rather than resolving them unilaterally
- Support GSIS metrics and reporting frameworks: pull together operational health and status updates on defined cadences
- Execute assigned tasks in building net-new capabilities under close direction from senior leadership
- Serve as first point of contact for lower-complexity stakeholder requests within your domain, resolving directly when answers are clear and routing others up with context
- Contribute to audit-ready documentation following existing templates and standards
- Support cross-functional GSIS projects of low to moderate complexity, owning specific workstreams rather than overall project scope
Ideal candidates have program management experience in or adjacent to corporate/physical security, have contributed to personal security program builds in high-growth environments, bring working familiarity with one or two GSIS domains, and write clearly for both specialist and non-specialist audiences. Strong candidates may have worked at AI-focused or frontier technology companies, have operational exposure to GSIS disciplines, have supported organizations through security audits or compliance processes, or have supported multi-site security programs.
