Render is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of People. You'll serve as a force multiplier for the executive team, managing complex calendars, driving critical follow-through, and representing these leaders with precision in writing and in person. You'll own and proactively manage fast-changing calendars across three executives, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time against strategic priorities. You'll draft, edit, and proofread executive communications—calendar invites, Slack messages, memos, and decks—to a consistently high bar for clarity, correctness, and tone, since these often represent the leader's voice directly. Key responsibilities include preparing polished briefing materials ahead of meetings with attendee bios and context; taking notes during meetings and offsites, then synthesizing discussions into clear action items and driving follow-through; coordinating domestic and international travel logistics end-to-end; and planning internal events, staff meetings, and offsites from logistics through agenda-setting. You'll track deadlines and deliverables across email, Slack, and other tools, proactively flagging when priorities slip. You'll handle sensitive financial and people-related information with high discretion and judgment, manage ad hoc research and vendor coordination, and serve as a trusted, high-context communication conduit between the executives and the rest of the company. Render is a developer-first cloud platform for AI-native applications, trusted by over 6 million developers. The company recently raised $100M in Series C funding (February 2026), bringing total funding to $257M. The role requires exceptional written and verbal communication, proven experience supporting senior leaders at fast-growing companies, strong organizational skills, and an AI-forward mindset—you should be excited by AI tools and consistently look for ways to use them to increase velocity and strategic value.
