Salary: USD 96,640 - 142,000 / annual

Twilio is seeking an Executive Business Partner to join the people team and provide strategic administrative and operational support to executives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will serve as a critical operational partner, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and driving execution on key business initiatives. Working closely with executives and their direct reports, you'll juggle multiple competing priorities while maintaining discretion and integrity. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing complex travel arrangements, expense preparation, and logistics for executives • Partnering with executives to understand priorities, manage calendars, stack-rank meeting requests, and make independent decisions on their behalf • Serving as a point person for executives' direct reports, building strong cross-functional relationships to advance team priorities • Drafting presentations, taking meeting minutes, coordinating communications, and conducting team survey analysis • Managing meeting agendas, coordinating presenters, and ensuring accountability for project deliverables • Identifying process improvements to optimize efficiency and team experience • Leading end-to-end planning and execution of executive offsites and strategic team gatherings, including budgeting, venue sourcing, and stakeholder coordination This role is remote but not eligible for hire in the San Francisco Bay Area. Approximately 5-10% travel is anticipated for in-person team gatherings and customer meetings. REQUIREMENTS: Required: • 5+ years' experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with ability to make sound decisions amid changing priorities • Superior attention to detail, high integrity, and discretion with confidential information • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational abilities • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage multiple teams/projects in parallel • Experience planning and facilitating virtual, in-person, or hybrid leadership summits and team-building events • Experience with contract management, procurement processes, and general business workflows • Proficiency with common administrative tools (Zoom, G-Suite, etc.) and some experience using AI for productivity Desired: • Internal communications experience (drafting emails, program updates) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Communications • Experience planning business operating cadences such as Quarterly Business Reviews or Long Range Planning meetings
