Patreon is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join the Office of the CEO team. This role provides high-touch support to Patreon's CEO & Co-Founder and executive team, spanning calendar management, communications, travel coordination, and cross-functional project management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively manage complex calendars 3-6 months in advance, partnering with Business Operations to keep the CEO's and executive team's calendars aligned
- Maintain and adjust business rhythms as needed, communicating updates to Rhythm of Business stakeholders
- Manage the CEO's inbox and draft correspondence
- Work with the Chief of Staff to procure meeting agendas and presentations
- Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items and deliverables
- Coordinate executive team offsites, events, and celebrations
- Manage all CEO business travel and some personal travel, including bookings and logistics
- Build and share quarterly/annual travel lookaheads with the CEO's family office
- Maintain, organize, and code receipts, expenses, and reimbursements
- Support project management processes for cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate board meetings, company planning sessions, annual reviews, All Hands meetings, and the annual company kickoff

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience supporting executives in both business and personal capacities, ideally including family office experience or close cross-functional partnership with a personal-side EA
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with sound judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Ability to move quickly without sacrificing efficiency or effectiveness
- Strong prioritization skills with consistent follow-up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills; able to build and run systems and processes independently
- Ability to work autonomously, problem-solve, think strategically ahead, and create/maintain structure and processes
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and AI tools with strong AI fluency and demonstrated ability to leverage AI for productivity
- Must be able to work in-office 3 days per week in San Francisco
