As Executive Assistant to CEO Sushanth Raman (former early engineer at Retool, PM at Google and Microsoft, Columbia CS grad), you will be the operational backbone enabling the CEO to lead effectively. The CEO runs 8–12 meetings daily, manages direct reports, and constantly engages with customers, investors, and the team. You will own his calendar strategically (not reactively), manage and triage his inbox with authority to draft responses, book and manage complex domestic and international travel with real-time re-routing capability, and chase customer, candidate, and investor threads to confirmed closure. Additional responsibilities include preparing meeting materials and pre-reads for external and board meetings, and taking on discrete strategic projects as they arise.
This role requires 8+ years of executive support experience, ideally supporting a founder, CEO, or high-volume executive. You must demonstrate a track record of closing open loops independently, sharp attention to detail with calendars and time zones, comfort making judgment calls about competing priorities, and experience coordinating complex multi-leg travel under pressure. The role is in-office in San Francisco five days a week, with some flexibility given the CEO's travel schedule. You will sit close to the center of the company, gaining visibility into how major initiatives are built and earning trust with real judgment calls beyond logistics.
