Netic is an AI revenue engine for essential services, backed by $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field. The company helps customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America, with some customers now operating entirely AI-first on the platform. This is Netic's first dedicated Executive Assistant hire, supporting the founder CEO full-time. The role is mission-critical to daily operations and genuinely strategic—enabling the CEO to perform at her best across product, fundraising, hiring, and customer decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the CEO's calendar completely, anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, and protecting time against competing priorities - Arranging all CEO travel (domestic and international) often on short notice with last-minute changes - Prepping the CEO for high-stakes moments—investor meetings, board conversations, candidate closes—ensuring she has exactly what she needs - Serving as first point of contact for top-tier investors and executives, representing Netic with polish - Managing the CEO's inbox and Slack, identifying critical items and implementing AI/automation for repetitive tasks - Drafting and proofreading documents, decks, and correspondence to publication-ready standards - Executing decisions independently, weighing competing priorities without detailed direction - Being available at odd hours when travel or business demands it, including occasional evenings and weekends Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of direct experience supporting senior executives or investors in tech (venture capital experience is a strong plus). You need real grit, comfort with ambiguity, and a natural drive to make things work without a playbook. Exceptional written and verbal communication is essential—you write cleanly, speak clearly, and hold your own with hyper-technical or highly experienced people. Obsessive attention to detail, high reliability, and genuine excitement about executive support as a craft are critical. You learn fast, take feedback well, and adapt on the fly.
