As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner and force multiplier, helping the CEO operate at his highest level of impact. This role combines strategic partnership with core administrative excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the CEO's schedule, triaging requests, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinating communication between the executive and internal teams
- Supporting executive team cadence including weekly meetings, brainstorming sessions, and quarterly offsites
- Owning travel arrangements and external engagement logistics with meticulous attention to detail
- Preparing materials and organizing workflow for key priorities
- Proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions
- Partnering with the Senior Manager of Executive Operations to improve processes
- Supporting CEO engagement with the Board and senior stakeholders
The CEO is based in London and follows a deliberate rhythm: protected London mornings for deep work, compressed execution window 2:00–9:00pm UK time as the US comes online, and firm evening/family boundaries. The role anchors around this 2:00–9:00pm window but requires flexibility beyond core hours when needed.
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years as an executive assistant or similar administrative role, ideally supporting C-level executives
- 2-4+ years directly supporting a CEO or Founder strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable at Board and executive level
- Sound independent judgment and decision-making ability
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
The role is fully remote but requires flexibility to work from the London office when meeting the CEO and partners is necessary.
