This is a senior Executive Assistant role supporting the CTO. This is not an entry-level position or office management role—the company seeks someone with 8+ years of EA experience, with direct exposure to C-suite or senior engineering/technology leaders at high-growth startups or fast-scaling tech companies. You must understand engineering organization rhythms and be comfortable in technical environments.
You will be based in Bangalore, reporting to the COO, and serve as the CTO's primary operational support. Responsibilities include managing the CTO's calendar across global time zones, coordinating with engineering leads and cross-functional stakeholders, preparing agendas and briefing materials for technical reviews and planning sessions, tracking action items from leadership meetings, coordinating engineering offsites and recruiting events, managing international travel logistics, handling confidential information (hiring plans, compensation, organizational changes), and serving as liaison between the CTO and internal teams, external partners, and candidates.
Must-haves: 8+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology leaders; prior experience at high-growth startups or fast-scaling tech companies with rapidly growing engineering organizations; comfort in technical environments (understanding sprints, roadmaps, releases, cross-team dependencies); expert-level calendar and time management across multiple global time zones; exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail; outstanding written and verbal English communication; high discretion with confidential information; ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
Standout qualifications: experience supporting CTO or VP of Engineering at fintech, payments, or infrastructure companies; experience in globally distributed engineering organizations; familiarity with Notion, Slack, Jira/Linear, Google Workspace, GitHub; experience coordinating technical recruiting events or engineering offsites; prior experience scaling engineering teams from under 50 to over 100 engineers.
The company offers competitive salary, equity in a rapidly growing company, opportunity to work at the forefront of fintech innovation, and a collaborative culture emphasizing personal and professional growth.
