Baseten is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CRO and Head of Strategic Sales. This is a highly operational role that extends well beyond calendar management. You will own the day-to-day operating rhythm of the Sales organization, ensuring leaders are prepared, priorities remain coordinated, and critical meetings, communications, and follow-ups happen seamlessly. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars for two senior executives while balancing shifting priorities and ensuring intentional time allocation. You'll proactively prepare leaders for every meeting by managing agendas, materials, context, logistics, and follow-ups to maximize effectiveness and accelerate decision-making. You will support forward-looking calendar planning and coordinate recurring operating cadences including pipeline reviews, leadership meetings, QBRs, and Sales All Hands. You'll partner with customers and external partners to coordinate executive meetings, visits, and engagements. You'll manage executive inbox prioritization, triage requests, and ensure timely follow-up. Domestic and international travel coordination—including last-minute changes—falls under your purview. You'll also support planning of team offsites, celebrations, and milestone recognition events, managing logistics end-to-end from venue selection through vendor coordination. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years supporting senior leaders (CRO, VP Sales, Head of Strategic Sales) in high-growth technology companies, venture capital, private equity, or professional services. You understand revenue organization operations, sales operating rhythms, pipeline and forecasting cycles, and fast-moving go-to-market teams. You demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, outstanding written and verbal communication, and strong judgment about executive communications. You're comfortable coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives and working with senior leaders, customers, prospects, candidates, and external partners with professionalism and executive presence. You're proactive, resourceful, highly autonomous, and thrive in fast-changing environments where priorities shift quickly.
