Octaura is a fintech company transforming how large, underdigitized markets operate, particularly in loans and CLOs. The company applies AI, real-time data, and modern software design to asset classes historically overlooked by fintech, turning fragmented information into intelligence and manual workflows into automation. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a trusted strategic partner at the center of Octaura's leadership team. This role goes far beyond traditional diary management. You will create the structure, focus, and information flow that enables the CEO to operate at peak effectiveness while keeping the broader leadership team aligned and productive. Key responsibilities include: owning and optimizing the CEO's complex calendar across multiple time zones; coordinating internal and external meetings with proper preparation and stakeholder alignment; managing the CEO's inbox with discretion, triaging urgent matters and tracking follow-ups; preparing comprehensive briefing packs, agendas, presentations, and pre-reads; coordinating Board, investor, and senior leadership meetings including scheduling, documentation, and action tracking; planning domestic and international travel; organizing leadership offsites and company events; capturing decisions and ensuring accountability for commitments; building relationships across the leadership team to coordinate priorities and remove friction; serving as a credible point of contact for Board members, investors, clients, and partners; handling confidential governance and business information with integrity; and owning selected projects to improve executive workflows and operating rhythm. You will exercise sound judgment over competing priorities, anticipate needs before they arise, and keep important decisions and communications moving forward. You act as the glue connecting the CEO, Board, leadership team, clients, partners, and employees. The role is based in New York and requires four days per week in the office.
