Volta is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform backed by a $10B strategic partnership with a leading frontier AI lab, Series A funding from Andreessen Horowitz, and a $5B AI Infrastructure Fund. The company is building compute infrastructure as a utility for the AI era, currently 100+ people across London, Palo Alto, and New York with rapid growth planned. This Executive Assistant role is a core operational position supporting both Co-Founders at a pivotal growth stage. You will serve as a trusted operational partner enabling leadership to focus on scaling the business while building the operational foundation of a fast-growing venture-backed company. Key responsibilities include: managing complex, evolving calendars and priorities for both founders; coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries; scheduling internal, external, board, and investor meetings while preparing agendas and briefing materials; tracking action items and ensuring follow-ups; handling highly confidential information with discretion; overseeing London office day-to-day operations including meeting rooms, facilities, and shared spaces; managing office vendors, building management, budgets, and inventory; supporting employee onboarding, equipment setup, and administrative processes; planning company meetings, leadership off-sites, team events, and hospitality; and welcoming candidates, investors, clients, and partners. Required qualifications: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting founders, C-suite, or senior leadership; experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced corporate environments; exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders; outstanding judgment and discretion with confidential information; proactive mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure; excellent written and verbal communication; extensive experience with complex travel coordination and executive calendars; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
