Salary: USD 130,000 - 175,000 / annual
SingleStore is seeking an Executive Assistant to the C-Suite to serve as a strategic partner supporting senior leadership at maximum effectiveness. This role transcends traditional administrative support, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, anticipation, and the ability to manage complexity with precision.
Key responsibilities include:
- High-level calendar and travel management for C-suite executives
- Internal and external communications coordination
- Event planning and execution
- Select project management and coordination
- Stakeholder management with senior leaders, direct reports, and external partners
- Proactive coordination to anticipate and address leadership needs before they arise

Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience, ideally supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, ambiguous environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort with uncertainty
- High discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Ownership mindset with proactive, adaptable, solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and GSuite
- Willingness to work onsite two days per week as needed
