Salary: USD 101,000 - 134,000 / annual

Datadog is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant II to support high-level executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is part of the Business Operations team, which runs day-to-day operations and ensures Datadog scales smoothly while remaining a great place to work. You will manage and maintain executive schedules, coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange calls, dinners, and events. You'll coordinate and manage projects, follow up on action items, and assist in preparing agendas and materials for meetings. You'll also collaborate with the Executive Support Team on projects related to new hires, events, office functions, socials, and offsite meetings. Key responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executive schedules, coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange calls, dinners, events - Coordinate and manage projects and follow-up on action items - Assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for meetings - Work with the Executive Support Team on projects related to new hires, events, office functions, socials, offsite meetings Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience supporting multiple leaders and high-level executives - Tech-savvy with strong interest in using technology to improve work efficiency - Proficient in Google Workspace - High integrity and ability to maintain complete confidentiality on business matters - Even-tempered, kind, and respectful; able to remain calm under pressure - Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills - Strong multitasking and team player abilities - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
