Ironclad is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Engineering and Product organization at this AI-driven contract lifecycle management platform. The role involves providing comprehensive executive support to senior leaders, managing complex priorities with professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include partnering with the Senior Executive Assistant to coordinate priorities across the Engineering and Product organization, anticipating executive needs, and proactively driving work to completion. You'll serve as a trusted partner who identifies potential issues early, collaborates effectively across teams, and helps remove obstacles before they escalate. The role also involves leading special projects and organizational initiatives while ensuring timely execution and strong stakeholder communication.
A core part of this position is continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency by leveraging AI and modern productivity tools to streamline workflows. You'll handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism while fostering strong working relationships across the organization.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in high-growth technology companies, with demonstrated autonomy and ownership at a Senior Executive Assistant level. Experience in startup or scaling organizations is strongly preferred, as is previous support for Engineering, Product, or Go-to-Market organizations. You should possess strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
You'll need to think strategically, exercise sound judgment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and solve problems proactively. Experience using AI and modern productivity tools is essential. A partnership mindset with confidence to collaborate openly, provide thoughtful feedback, and respectfully raise concerns is critical. The role requires demonstrated ownership, accountability, and exceptional follow-through.
This is a hybrid position requiring in-person support two days per week in the San Francisco office, plus 3–4 multi-day team onsites annually.
