Figma is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer and VP of Talent. This is a strategic operational role that goes beyond traditional administrative support—you'll serve as a thought partner and execution partner to senior leadership while managing the day-to-day operations of the People organization. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, travel, meetings, and agendas for C-suite and VP-level executives; serving as a strategic partner focused on team cohesion, operations, and planning; identifying opportunities to optimize executive time and recommending improvements to time management and prioritization; partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on projects, company milestones, and internal events; acting as a delegate for expense approvals, PO sign-offs, and tooling management; finding process optimization opportunities across team and company workflows; and preparing content, presentations, and key documents for leadership. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment at a leading design and collaboration platform. The role requires 7+ years of senior administrative support experience, ideally with VP or C-suite level support background. Strong communication skills, ability to adapt quickly to changing demands, expertise in prioritization and anticipating needs, and commitment to confidentiality are essential. Experience supporting People or Talent teams is a bonus, as is familiarity with Figma's product suite and experience managing large, complex global teams of 100+ people. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Figma's San Francisco hub. The role offers equity, comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision coverage, retirement contributions, parental leave, mental health support, and flexible PTO.
