You will serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO, operating at the center of this rapidly scaling company. Your primary responsibilities include owning and managing the CEO's calendar by coordinating meetings across customers, investors, candidates, and internal stakeholders. You will manage and prioritize inbound communications, including email triage and drafting responses on behalf of the CEO. You'll coordinate all travel logistics and scheduling for internal and external engagements, ensuring seamless execution. Additionally, you will support key company events such as board meetings, leadership offsites, and customer or investor gatherings. As the company scales, you'll build processes and systems that improve executive efficiency and enable the CEO to focus on the highest-impact opportunities for the business.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with customers, investors, candidates, and company leadership while developing a deep understanding of how a high-growth AI SaaS company operates. You'll be instrumental in enabling the CEO's effectiveness and will have visibility into strategic initiatives across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders, preferably at a venture-backed startup or in a high-performance environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills and sound judgment
- Proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
