The Executive Assistant role supports the Chief of Staff and the Office of Executive Operations, serving as a critical operational backbone for senior leadership in a fast-paced advanced nuclear environment. This position ensures that executive priorities, calendars, meetings, and communications remain organized and effective, enabling leadership to focus on high-priority technical, strategic, and operational decisions.
Key responsibilities include managing complex and frequently changing calendars for the Chief of Staff and other executives; coordinating domestic and international travel including itineraries, logistics, and expense reconciliation; preparing meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up notes while tracking action items to completion; drafting, editing, and managing executive correspondence and presentations; and handling special projects as needed.
