As Executive Assistant, you will be a key operational leader supporting the executive team and helping establish Sierra's administrative infrastructure during a critical growth phase. Your responsibilities include: - Proactively manage executive calendars, coordinating sales meetings, partnership discussions, discovery calls, and legal contract negotiations - Ensure meeting effectiveness by preparing and distributing materials such as sales agreements, legal documents, and briefing materials - Plan and execute internal events (team offsites, trainings, travel weeks) and support external events (happy hours, sporting events, leadership market tours) - Establish new administrative systems and processes while building out the founding Sierra admin team You will work in a fast-growing, values-driven environment (Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, Family) with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration and cross-functional partnership. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of Executive Assistant or similar administrative role - Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners - Excellent time management, ability to shift priorities quickly, and anticipate needs proactively - Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to interpret and leverage data in workflow prioritization - Must be in the London office 4 days per week with ability to travel with leaders as needed (approximately 1x per quarter) - Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and Slack - Preferred: experience in a fast-growing, in-person startup environment
