We seek an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Head of Operations. You'll manage complex executive schedules, coordinate high-level communications, and ensure seamless operations in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the CEO's complex calendar, coordinating meetings, and optimizing time efficiency
- Preparing for meetings by organizing materials, drafting agendas, and ensuring necessary information is readily available
- Serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
- Planning and managing detailed travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and logistics
- Handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- Partnering with the Office Manager on executive support and business operations
- Supporting key initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, and senior leadership in high-growth startup environments
- Proven track record of strategic executive support beyond calendar management
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and independently solve problems
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport across teams and external partners
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in dynamic environments
- Expert proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern business productivity tools
- Highly educated background preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
