You will serve as Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder and CEO, acting as their right hand to keep the team organized and moving quickly. This is a highly administrative, fast-paced role that extends well beyond calendar management. Key responsibilities include: managing the CEO's complex inboxes, calendar, meetings, travel, and shifting priorities; coordinating internal and external meetings with customers, investors, and partners; drafting communications and preparing briefing materials, presentations, and reports; tracking follow-ups, action items, and deadlines; anticipating needs and proactively resolving scheduling and logistical issues; supporting company-wide administrative projects, events, and team gatherings; managing employee onboarding including account setup, access permissions, and equipment coordination; and jumping into whatever needs to get done in a fast-moving startup environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-touch administrative role, with experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a startup or high-growth environment. You must be comfortable with long hours, changing priorities, limited structure, and startup realities. Essential qualities include exceptional calendaring and written communication skills, strong organization and follow-through, calm demeanor under pressure, ability to work with diverse personalities, meticulous attention to detail, resourcefulness, and strong judgment with confidential information. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and scheduling tools is required. A service-first mindset and willingness to work outside a narrowly defined job description are critical. The team typically works around 60 hours per week, beginning at 8:00 AM, with four days spent collaborating in person at the San Francisco office. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a generous 401(k), and catered lunches.
