Northwood Space is a modern space infrastructure company building a global network of phased array ground stations for satellite communications supporting national security, global connectivity, and disaster response. The company designs, builds, and deploys vertically integrated systems for next-generation space missions.
As Executive Assistant to C-level executives (CEO, CTO, CRO), you will be a trusted operational partner ensuring smooth leadership function in a high-growth, dynamic environment. You will manage complex calendars and schedules for three senior executives, coordinating meetings, travel, and key engagements across internal teams and external stakeholders. You'll serve as a liaison between leadership and the broader organization, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-ups on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include managing executive inboxes and drafting communications on their behalf while maintaining strict confidentiality; preparing meeting agendas, briefing materials, and decision-support documentation; organizing and prioritizing daily workloads; and proactively anticipating needs to solve problems before they escalate. You'll draft and proofread all executive correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism.
You'll need a minimum of 4 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential. You must be highly proficient in productivity tools (Google Suite, Slack, Notion, etc.) and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining composure. Proactive problem-solving and anticipating executive needs are core to success.
