Lightfield is reimagining CRM as a world model of a business by learning from emails, meetings, and customer conversations to build a living understanding of how companies work. The company has raised over $70M from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, Maverick Ventures, and Greylock. With more than 5,000 companies using the product since its November launch, Lightfield is a 45-person team with founders who previously built Tome (25M+ users) and bring experience from Llama, Instagram, Google, and Salesforce. You will serve as Executive Assistant supporting three members of the leadership team, with broad responsibility for helping the company operate exceptionally well. Your core responsibilities include managing complex executive calendars, priorities, travel, and logistics while learning how each leader works and anticipating their needs. You'll coordinate recruiting efforts across candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll own company events and offsites—from venue selection and vendor management to travel coordination, budgeting, and flawless execution. You'll maintain office operations including meals, supplies, deliveries, and vendor relationships. You'll handle operational details such as travel arrangements, expense management, contracts, signatures, and vendor onboarding with speed and precision. A key aspect of this role is taking ambiguous problems from start to finish, often with incomplete context and a desired outcome rather than detailed instructions. You'll find the context you need, make sound decisions, and close the loop. You'll also continuously improve how the work gets done by building systems, automating repetitive tasks, introducing better tools, and creating processes that scale as the company grows. You'll have significant trust, autonomy, and visibility across Lightfield, becoming a deeply trusted partner to the leaders you support and an important part of how the company operates. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of experience supporting VP- or C-level leaders, ideally in a fast-growing company with meaningful autonomy and broad responsibility - Exceptional organizational skills and reliability; people trust that when you own something, it will happen - Resourceful and self-directed; comfortable figuring out what to do when the path isn't obvious and exercising judgment without detailed instructions - Low ego and high ownership; willing to pitch in on any task or detail that helps the team succeed - Strong written communication skills; ability to draft on behalf of executives and communicate effectively with candidates, investors, board members, vendors, and teammates - Strong interpersonal judgment; warm, perceptive, and professional in different situations - AI-forward mindset; actively use AI and automation to work better, from automating workflows to synthesizing information - Fluent in modern workplace tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, DocuSign, and calendaring tools
