Kraken, a leading crypto and open finance platform founded in 2011, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the CEO office, operating within a Co-CEO leadership model. This is a high-impact administrative role requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining a sub-15-minute response SLA to CEOs, managing exceptionally complex and ever-changing executive calendars, and coordinating seamless handoffs with other EAs in the CEO office. You will prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings, speaking events, and travel, including agendas, minutes, and organized records of key initiatives. Travel coordination is a significant component: you'll manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including commercial and private aircraft, ground transportation, accommodations, visas, and customs requirements. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for private aviation providers, managing flight schedules, passenger manifests, and catering. You'll also proactively monitor and adjust travel logistics in real time to accommodate changing business priorities, weather events, or operational delays. Additional duties include coordinating cross-functional projects and events, tracking team tasks and budgets, processing expense reports and purchase orders, and supporting onboarding for new team members. You'll act as a gatekeeper for executives, anticipating needs and potential issues before they arise, and planning for multiple contingencies with minimal direction. Required qualifications: 10+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative manager supporting senior leadership, ideally within a CEO office or multi-executive structure. You must maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and remain calm under pressure. Strong proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe Suite, and MacOS is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with budget tracking, travel coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement is highly valued. The role requires flexibility to operate across all time zones.
