Salary: USD 95,000 - 120,000 / annual

You will serve as Executive Assistant and Communications Specialist supporting the executive team with administrative and coordination tasks. This role is central to how the leadership team operates day-to-day: managing complex calendars, coordinating communications, and keeping executive priorities on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and managing high-volume, complex calendars for executive team members, including scheduling across multiple time zones and resolving conflicts
- Coordinating logistics for executive and leadership meetings, offsites, and gatherings (agendas, materials, room booking, travel)
- Preparing and formatting presentations, briefing documents, and meeting notes
- Serving as liaison between executive team and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and follow-ups
- Tracking action items and next steps from leadership meetings, ensuring timely completion
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Managing administrative tasks including billing and travel details
- Anticipating executive team needs and proactively addressing them
The role requires working from the Norwalk, CT office 3 days per week. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving, sound judgment, and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative, executive support, or communications coordination role, ideally supporting senior leadership
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to manage complex calendars
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency with calendar and productivity tools
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, resourceful, AI-forward mindset with ability to work independently
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
