Gecko Robotics is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at this fast-growing robotics and automation company. You will be the operational backbone for two senior leaders, managing their complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and ensuring high-priority work stays protected and on track.
Key responsibilities include owning calendar management with sound judgment to prioritize competing demands; coordinating travel, expenses, and logistics with precision; building context around executive priorities to proactively identify conflicts and drive follow-through; supporting leadership meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional initiatives; overseeing select projects from conception to completion; preparing executives for important internal and external meetings with briefing materials and agendas; acting as a connector across the organization to strengthen relationships and create alignment; managing key external relationships with customers, partners, candidates, and advisors; partnering with other executive assistants to optimize schedules; identifying opportunities to improve executive-office processes as the company scales; providing in-person support for meetings and events; and handling sensitive information with excellent discretion.
You will work flexibly when business needs require early mornings or evenings, with travel up to 20% of the time. The role requires 5+ years of executive support experience, including supporting VP-, C-suite-, or founder-level leaders in fast-paced organizations. You must demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize independently, strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational and project management skills, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior executives. Experience supporting technical leaders in engineering, robotics, hardware, software, product, or research environments is especially valued. Preferred qualifications include experience in startups or high-growth organizations, supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
