ElevenLabs is a $11B AI research and product company founded in January 2023, transforming human-technology interaction through advanced voice and audio AI. The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses including Deutsche Telekom and Meta, backed by top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia. This Executive Assistant role is the operational backbone for senior leadership, specifically supporting the finance leadership team in a high-velocity, fast-moving environment. You will own calendar management and time allocation for executives, making independent trade-off decisions aligned with stated priorities. Key responsibilities include preparing executives for all meetings—from board sessions to investor meetings—by assembling pre-reads, context, and decision frameworks. You'll capture action items from meetings and drive them to completion, triage executive inboxes, draft correspondence, and automate repetitive administrative tasks like briefing prep, scheduling, and reporting. Additional responsibilities include running discrete projects such as board logistics, executive travel coordination, company offsites, and managing the finance team's operating cadence. The role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, holds themselves to high standards, and takes pride in the small, considered details that make leadership more effective. Required qualifications include proven experience supporting multiple senior executives in high-velocity settings, exceptional organizational skills managing competing priorities and shifting timelines, strong written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders, demonstrated judgment and problem-solving ability, and fluency with AI tools with a track record of automating your own work. High emotional intelligence, discretion with sensitive information, and fluent English are essential. The company culture emphasizes high-velocity operations, impact over titles, AI-first thinking, excellence across all work, and a global talent-focused team.
