CoreWeave, a publicly traded AI infrastructure company (Nasdaq: CRWV), is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and their teams. This role is central to enabling executive effectiveness in a fast-growing, high-velocity environment. You will manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple teams and time zones, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle expense reporting. You'll organize and support key activities including staff meetings, all-hands gatherings, off-sites, and team events. A significant part of your work involves tracking deliverables, following up on action items, and helping drive initiatives to completion. You will create, compile, and maintain regular reporting and documentation while partnering closely with the leadership team on day-to-day organizational support. Collaboration with other Executive Assistants on cross-functional projects is expected, as is drafting, editing, and formatting communications and documents. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of executive support experience at the VP level or above, with demonstrated project management expertise. You should be proficient in Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office. Strong event planning and coordination skills are essential, along with exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. You will demonstrate a proactive mindset, anticipating executive needs and identifying process improvements. Discretion with confidential information, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, changing environment are critical. You should be comfortable working across multiple locations and time zones, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining composure when priorities shift.
