SRS Acquiom is seeking a Director of Escrow and Payment Solutions to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of escrow and payment services across the company's M&A and loan agency transaction platform. Based remotely in the United States, this role will oversee the escrow and payment solutions business line, managing cross-functional teams and driving innovation in how deal parties manage complex financial transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the escrow and payment solutions product and service strategy
- Managing and mentoring a team responsible for escrow agent services, payment processing, and related transaction services
- Overseeing the delivery of escrow and payment capabilities across M&A and loan transactions
- Collaborating with product, technology, and operations teams to enhance platform capabilities
- Ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational excellence in escrow and payment handling
- Driving process improvements and technology adoption to increase efficiency
- Building relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Contributing to revenue growth and profitability of the escrow and payment solutions line
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in escrow services, payment solutions, transaction services, or related financial services operations. You should have demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, deep knowledge of M&A or loan transaction workflows, and a track record of driving operational excellence and innovation. Strong financial acumen, regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to work across complex, multi-stakeholder environments are essential.
