Bird Buddy is seeking an ERP Manager to own NetSuite as the single accountable leader of the system. The company manufactures smart bird feeders and operates a connected software ecosystem, running finance, inventory, supply chain, order management, and fulfillment through NetSuite. You will set the system roadmap and priorities, stabilize NetSuite from its current state to a predictable steady state, and work alongside a dedicated NetSuite Specialist who handles hands-on configuration and integrations. Key responsibilities include: - Owning accountability that NetSuite delivers what the business needs across all functions - Building and maintaining a single prioritized backlog, deciding which projects run and in what order - Leading a stabilization program with predictable monthly close as the success metric - Managing all vendor and partner relationships, governance, and budget; making build-versus-buy decisions - Developing an onboarding plan for functions not yet on the system - Implementing change control for financial statement impacts and closed periods - Running daily syncs with the Specialist and weekly cross-functional syncs; documenting knowledge in runbooks Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience with several spent owning or leading a system, program, or team. You must have personally owned an ERP stabilization or post-implementation cleanup end to end. Deep expertise in NetSuite finance and close (revenue recognition, deferred revenue, COGS, inventory costing, bank reconciliation, multi-entity consolidation). Working knowledge of inventory, supply chain, order-to-cash, and subscription revenue. Experience managing senior stakeholders and making prioritization decisions stick. Background in consumer products, e-commerce, or hardware, with experience carrying a system through peak season. Fluent working English. Nice to have: hands-on NetSuite experience, especially OneWorld multi-subsidiary/multi-currency; product management background or Big 4 experience.
