You will join the EOR (Employer of Record) Operations team based in Bangalore, supporting Rippling's global expansion and customer onboarding. This role focuses on executing and improving operational processes for employee lifecycle management, particularly around onboarding, benefits, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute employee onboarding tasks including verification, benefits setup, and enrollment for customers
- Conduct filings and registrations with government agencies on behalf of customers
- Review, build, and improve operational processes; create documentation libraries
- Review and process inbound communications related to insurance and regulatory matters
- Build end-to-end operational workflows for benefits enrollment
- Research process requirements for new products and countries
- Provide feedback on internal systems and processes to drive operational improvements
- Collaborate with R&D teams to automate and enhance customer onboarding processes
This is an individual contributor role focused on operational excellence, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with multiple internal teams, external partners, and government agencies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in operational roles (payroll operations, regulatory operations, support operations, or similar)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Docs/Sheets/Excel); familiarity with SFDC/JIRA/Confluence is a plus
- Strong research and process development skills
- Structural thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ownership mindset and proactive approach to execution
- Ability to learn quickly and work with ambiguity
- Ability to work 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (night shift covering US business hours)
