Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, seeks an Environmental Safety and Health (EHS) Training Administrator to manage the company's enterprise EHS training program.
You will serve as the primary administrator responsible for developing, coordinating, and continuously improving EHS training across the organization. This role ensures all required environmental, health, safety, and regulatory training is accurate, compliant, current, and effectively managed throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering the company's EHS training program as the enterprise point of contact
- Developing and maintaining corporate EHS training matrices for all job roles and locations
- Coordinating training content development with subject matter experts, regulatory specialists, and instructional designers
- Ensuring alignment with federal, state, local, and company regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.)
- Assigning and tracking training through the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Monitoring completion rates and proactively following up with managers and employees
- Maintaining accurate training records for regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits
- Creating compliance dashboards, reports, and metrics for EHS and business leadership
- Conducting routine audits of training records for accuracy and completeness
- Managing training version control and document retention
- Coordinating training for new equipment, processes, facility changes, and regulatory updates
- Supporting internal and external audits by providing trainee qualifications and training materials
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field; 3–5 years administering compliance or EHS training programs; knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and regulatory requirements; LMS administration experience; experience managing training records in regulated environments; ability to develop interactive training content; strong project management and organizational skills; advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency; and ability to manage multiple priorities across a large organization.
Preferred qualifications include experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, SAP), training matrix and compliance dashboard development, adult learning principles, ISO and AS 9100 familiarity, and professional certifications (ASP, CSP, CPTM).
