As Enterprise Solutions Manager, you'll drive operational excellence and client success by serving as a strategic bridge between Invisible's global talent network and enterprise clients. You'll partner closely with Directors and senior leadership on client meetings, requirement scoping, and solution design. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable operational processes from the ground up, collaborating with product and engineering teams on technical handoffs and automation, and leading project delivery with performance analysis and quality optimization.
You'll conduct daily team reviews and mentor operational staff, build data-driven insights to support analytics initiatives, and work across complex, multi-stakeholder projects. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with deep operational oversight, requiring both technical acumen and exceptional relationship management.
Required: 5+ years in client-facing roles with enterprise accounts; proven track record building operations and processes from 0-1; strong project management experience; advanced Excel and Google Suite proficiency; exceptional communication and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Preferred: SQL, business intelligence tools, or automation platform experience.
This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days/week) in San Jose, CA.
