Tennr is a healthcare automation platform that handles complex insurance referral and payment workflows for health systems and provider groups, eliminating delays in patient care access.
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Tennr's automation solutions for large-scale, complex customers. You own the full lifecycle: pre-sale discovery and business case alignment, technical design, go-live execution, and post-launch optimization. You'll act as both a trusted technical advisor and project lead, working directly with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional Tennr teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading enterprise-scale implementations from discovery through expansion
- Conducting operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities
- Designing scalable, configurable solutions using Tennr's platform and APIs
- Reimagining processes with automation best practices rather than replicating legacy systems
- Managing project delivery, risks, and organizational change across customer teams
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions and delivery scope
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal delivery best practices
- Supporting sales strategy and influencing product roadmap based on customer insights
You'll need 4+ years in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design, strong technical foundation (CS/Engineering degree preferred), and proven ability to lead complex engagements with large enterprise customers. Healthcare domain expertise is ideal but not required. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, excel at communicating technical concepts to both executives and engineers, and have high ownership and urgency. Experience with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft, Workato) is a plus.
The role sits within a high-performance implementation pod and directly influences Tennr's go-to-market and product strategy. You'll work from the Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
