As an Enterprise Select Implementation Consultant on the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for helping large enterprise customers successfully deploy and adopt Samsara's IoT solutions for fleet and industrial asset management. You'll own the customer relationship from where sales leaves off, guiding deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization across diverse industries including trucking, food and beverage, passenger transit, utilities, and school buses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading customer onboarding and deployment of Samsara's IoT platform
- Serving as the trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, advocacy, renewal)
- Building strong relationships with customers at all levels—from executives to day-to-day users
- Explaining complex technology products in accessible ways to diverse audiences
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams
- Ensuring customers continuously gain business value from Samsara solutions
- Championing Samsara's cultural principles: Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team
You'll need exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand customer business models, and comfort bridging technical and business conversations. The role requires up to 10% travel to customer sites, including overnight stays. Position is remote for US-based candidates in PST or MST time zones (excluding SF Bay Area and DC Metro). You'll work local time zone hours.
