Photon is a healthcare technology platform that enables clinicians to send prescriptions to patients via text, allowing patients to shop between pharmacies and save money through increased transparency. The company is building its enterprise delivery function from the ground up.
As Enterprise Implementations Lead, you will own the technical and operational delivery of go-live for health-system pilots and full enterprise rollouts. You'll be the primary point of contact for complex, multi-stakeholder implementations, working directly with health-system pharmacy operations, IT, and clinical teams to ensure successful deployments.
Key responsibilities include: marshaling internal resources across engineering, product, and support to keep implementations moving; diagnosing and resolving technical integration blockers spanning Epic Willow, HL7v2 interfaces, NCPDP formatting, and data flows between health systems, PBMs, and e-prescribing networks; leading change management within customer organizations; representing Photon credibly with health-system stakeholders and escalating to C-suite when needed; partnering with sales during late-stage deal cycles to ensure contracted scope and timeline are deliverable; building post-go-live value realization frameworks; and informing product and integration roadmap decisions based on implementation experience.
You'll need 5+ years in healthcare IT delivery or professional services with hands-on experience running enterprise health-system implementations end-to-end. You must have direct experience with Epic Willow or comparable EHR pharmacy modules, working fluency in HL7v2 interfaces and NCPDP standards, and experience managing complex multi-stakeholder implementations. Comfort operating in an early-stage startup environment without a fully built-out delivery org is essential.
Preferred qualifications include having built an implementation/delivery function from scratch, engaging executive-level stakeholders at health systems, running pilots in addition to full rollouts, and prior Epic-adjacent or direct Epic experience.
