ServiceTitan's Enterprise Implementation Services team is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to manage the setup, configuration, training, and testing of the ServiceTitan platform for large home services businesses. You will own multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation through close, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, acting as the primary point of contact for clients
- Partner with Delivery Managers to ensure on-time delivery and long-term client success
- Lead scoping and discovery sessions to understand and document business requirements
- Configure ServiceTitan environments to meet client needs while adhering to best practices
- Conduct comprehensive training on platform functionality and create customized training resources
- Proactively identify and escalate implementation risks, collaborating on solutions
- Work cross-functionally with data, training, and product teams to meet project timelines
- Stay current on new ServiceTitan features to ensure clients leverage latest capabilities
- Travel to client sites 20-30% of the time
You bring 5+ years of relevant experience combining client-facing work, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, or home services industry knowledge. You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. You are exceptionally detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong documentation skills. You think proactively, anticipate roadblocks, and excel at client relationships. You are a collaborative problem-solver who takes ownership and demonstrates creative solutions. Experience with Excel and SmartSheet is a plus.
