Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations in physical operations—agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing—to harness IoT data for actionable insights and operational improvement. The Enterprise Implementation Consultant role sits within the Customer Success team, responsible for guiding enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of Samsara's IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets.
You will own the customer relationship from sales handoff through successful deployment, working with customers across trucking, transportation, food and beverage, passenger transit, utilities, and school bus operations. Key responsibilities include managing large-scale technology deployments, creating launch plans and adoption roadmaps, tracking implementation progress and account health, running training sessions, demonstrating platform capabilities to both executives and end users, and working through technical and operational obstacles.
The role is inherently cross-functional, requiring collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams. You'll need exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand customer business models, and comfort explaining complex technology to diverse audiences. This is a remote position with 25% travel, open to US-based candidates excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro, and Washington D.C. Metro areas.
