Salary: USD 120,748 - 162,954 / annual
Parts Town, a fast-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC, and residential appliance parts, seeks an Enterprise Applications Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery, optimization, and support of critical enterprise business applications and integration platforms.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives including ERP, CRM, integration, supply chain, procurement, and customer-facing platforms. You'll manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation while establishing delivery governance, project standards, and release management processes. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, and external partners.
Key responsibilities include owning application lifecycle management for critical enterprise systems, driving system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll oversee enterprise integration solutions including APIs, EDI, middleware, and cloud integration platforms, collaborating with architects to define scalable integration strategies. You'll ensure reliable data exchange between internal and external systems and support modernization initiatives leveraging SAP Integration Suite, APIs, cloud services, and automation technologies.
You'll partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into technology solutions, facilitate prioritization of application enhancements, and communicate project status and risks to executive leadership. You'll manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements, establish KPIs and service metrics, and drive process standardization and operational efficiency initiatives.
As a people leader, you'll mentor and develop application delivery, business analysis, and support teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll support resource planning and capability development initiatives.
Required qualifications: 8+ years supporting and delivering enterprise applications; 5+ years leading cross-functional projects or application delivery teams; demonstrated experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar); strong understanding of enterprise integration technologies, APIs, EDI, and middleware; experience managing vendors and system integrators; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
