Everlaw is seeking an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to own the company's horizontal corporate AI program end-to-end. Reporting to the VP of IT & Security, you will drive AI transformation across governance, shared tooling strategy, adoption, measurement, and vendor management.
This is a hands-on builder-operator role, not research, production engineering, or traditional consulting. You will work deeply with enterprise AI platforms, agents, connectors, and workflows—evaluating tools, building and testing practical solutions, and translating successes into reusable, scalable capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
**Operating Model & Governance**: Own Everlaw's federated AI framework, run monthly and quarterly cadences, convene department AI owners, maintain accountability, and report progress to leadership. Mature the operating model as the company learns, including principles, decision rights, and RACI across Enterprise AI, IT, Security, Legal, and department owners. Partner with Legal and Security on data-use governance, classification, acceptable use, autonomy limits, and agent guardrails to enable low-risk work to move quickly while applying appropriate scrutiny to higher-risk uses.
**Enterprise AI Stack Expertise**: Build deep, hands-on expertise in Everlaw's enterprise AI platforms. Stay ahead of the AI landscape by researching and shortlisting tools that could materially improve operations. Lead structured, evidence-based evaluations using rubrics, baseline tasks, and business-value criteria. Build and test with tools directly rather than relying on vendor demos. Own recommendations on whether to extend existing platforms, buy new capabilities, or build internally. Maintain a coherent shared stack by preventing duplicative adoption. Coordinate procurement, implementation, rollout, and change management with IT, Procurement, Security, and Legal.
**Adoption & Enablement**: Turn tools Everlaw owns into changed workflows and measurable use. Build and maintain the central enablement playbook and template library for intake, POC, change management, and training. Provide hands-on guidance for high-value use cases, working directly with teams to redesign workflows and build agents. Partner with Learning & Development to build practical AI fluency across the company. Lead the AI champion community of practice to surface adoption barriers, training needs, and reusable patterns.
You will mobilize department AI owners and champions while partnering closely with L&D, Legal, and IT & Security. This role connects systems, people, and execution to make AI a durable part of how Everlaw operates.
