Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the ArsenalOS team, the digital backbone of the company's hardware enterprise. This role bridges engineering teams and internal systems, optimizing how product and program teams use critical engineering tools (CAD, CAE, requirements management, simulation platforms) to accelerate design and manufacturing.
You will translate product strategy into executable programs with clear milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities include maintaining visibility across concurrent workstreams, identifying dependencies and risks, and driving execution across diverse stakeholders: engineering users, software development teams, infrastructure, security, procurement, system owners, and external vendors. You'll identify gaps in handoffs and convert unwritten work into accountable plans.
Key activities include facilitating requirements and scope definition with product, customer, and technical owners; leading pilots, implementations, migrations, and rollouts; managing adoption and operational handoffs; and providing concise, decision-ready updates while escalating consequential tradeoffs early.
Required: 5+ years in engineering, technical program management, or engineering-systems implementation. Familiarity with platforms like NX, Simcenter, Teamcenter, Cameo/TWC, or Jama. Experience with MCAD, ECAD, CAE, MBSE, requirements management, or engineering-data platforms. Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent, technically complex programs across organizational boundaries. Working knowledge of engineering workflows with meaningful depth in at least one domain. Experience coordinating internal development teams, engineering customers, infrastructure partners, and vendors. Technical fluency with system integrations, APIs, data flows, authentication, and enterprise deployments. Strong facilitation, written communication, judgment, and follow-through. Must be a US person.
Preferred: Background as a practicing mechanical, electrical, systems, or analysis engineer. Experience delivering pilots, migrations, major upgrades, or internal engineering products through adoption. Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or complex hardware manufacturing. Familiarity with digital-thread, Model-Based Enterprise, data-migration, and ETL concepts. Experience with enterprise licensing, procurement, security reviews, and vendor management.
