Anduril Industries is seeking an Engineering Solutions Technical Program Manager to optimize the engineering tools and workflows that power ArsenalOS, the digital backbone of their hardware enterprise. This role bridges engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop customizations, streamline processes, and remove friction from the design-to-build lifecycle.
You will serve as a subject matter expert on engineering tools and workflows, translating deep hands-on experience into practical solutions that accelerate engineer productivity. Key responsibilities include: creating training content and documentation that drives adoption; identifying workflow bottlenecks and recommending optimizations; troubleshooting technical issues related to deployment, configuration, and ongoing support; understanding data flows across downstream systems; and collaborating with high-functioning engineering teams to prioritize and complete business-critical projects.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth with a user-centric mindset. You understand that the best process is one people actually use, and you prioritize solutions delivering immediate value over perfect but complex approaches. You have hands-on expertise in at least one engineering discipline and its associated tool stack (CAD, CAM, simulation, etc.), with 5+ years of experience building products in fast-paced environments.
Anduril's culture emphasizes bias for action, outcome orientation, customer focus, ownership, and first-principles thinking. You will work in a rapidly scaling defense technology startup committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, and advanced technology to military systems in months, not years. This is an opportunity to shape how a modern defense company builds hardware at scale.
