The CTO Office is a strategic team executing cross-cutting initiatives across the entire Engineering division. In this role, you will report to the Chief of Staff to the CTO and partner directly with Engineering leadership to drive high-stakes strategic initiatives such as GenAI Adoption and Quality Programmes, while scaling and optimizing engineering operations. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization on joint ventures, executive-level strategies, and high-profile client engagements. Key responsibilities include: optimizing core Engineering Operations workflows to drive efficiency and cross-departmental effectiveness; leading and owning high-stakes strategic initiatives from ideation through delivery; designing dashboards and metrics to provide visibility into Engineering productivity and operational health; partnering with the CTO and Chief of Staff on data synthesis and company-wide reporting; preparing high-quality briefings and presentations for executive meetings and client engagements; bridging communication gaps between teams and removing critical bottlenecks; and serving as a tactical force multiplier to unblock progress. This role requires managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, fluid environment. Success demands high resilience, sharp adaptability, and the ability to pivot as strategic needs evolve. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven track record of success in high-growth, fast-paced environments where agility, rapid delivery, and hands-on execution are critical - Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage high volume of diverse projects, juggle competing priorities, and keep cross-functional teams aligned - Experience bringing structure to highly ambiguous problems and managing complex stakeholder relationships - Prior experience in fluid, fast-moving environments such as top-tier consulting firms, major business/technical transformation programs, or previous CTO Office roles - Strong technical aptitude with solid understanding of core engineering and technology concepts; sufficient technical literacy to engage in deep conversations with engineering leaders - High comfort leveraging modern productivity and engineering tools, including ability to write and review code with AI assistance
