Salary: PLN 34,300 - 39,000 / annual
Asana is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one of the teams building Asana for Client Management, a new product designed for agencies to manage clients, projects, and conversations in one unified platform.
In this role, you will build and empower a talented engineering team from the ground up, partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and Data Science to shape the product roadmap and deliver an intuitive user experience. You will guide architectural and technical decisions to ensure system reliability, performance, and long-term scalability, while driving operational excellence and continuous delivery processes that enable rapid iteration and continuous value delivery. You will champion accountability for key outcomes, connecting your team's work to Asana's broader strategic goals.
The role is based in Asana's Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most team members have the option to work from home on Wednesdays, with Friday flexibility depending on work type and team partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience guiding and developing software engineering teams in building scalable web applications, ideally with 0-1 product development leadership experience
- Solid technical background with deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals and modern architecture
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with product managers and designers to balance technical health with user velocity
- Clear communicator and empathetic leader who thrives in collaborative environments
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
