Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the ArsenalOS team, which serves as the digital backbone of the company's hardware enterprise. This role bridges engineering teams and internal tools, optimizing how product and program teams use critical engineering systems like CAD, CAE, and requirements-management platforms.
You will translate product strategy into executable programs with clear milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities include maintaining visibility across concurrent workstreams, identifying dependencies and risks, and driving execution across diverse stakeholders: engineering users, software development teams, infrastructure, security, procurement, system owners, and external vendors. You'll identify gaps in handoffs and convert unwritten work into accountable plans, facilitate requirements definition with product and technical owners, and lead pilots, implementations, migrations, and rollouts through to adoption and operational handoff.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering, technical program management, or engineering-systems implementation. You should be familiar with platforms such as NX, Simcenter, Teamcenter, Cameo/TWC, or Jama, and have demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent, technically complex programs across organizational boundaries. Working knowledge of engineering workflows in domains like MCAD, ECAD, CAE, MBSE, or requirements management is essential. You must have technical fluency with system integrations, APIs, data flows, authentication, and enterprise deployments, plus strong facilitation and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a practicing mechanical, electrical, systems, or analysis engineer; delivery of pilots, migrations, or major upgrades through adoption; experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or complex hardware manufacturing; and familiarity with digital-thread, Model-Based Enterprise, data-migration, and ETL concepts. US citizenship is required.
