Graphcore is seeking an Engineering Change Analyst to coordinate and manage engineering changes across complex AI hardware products. In this role, you'll be the central point of control for Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and deviations throughout their lifecycle.
You'll work within the Configuration Management team in Manufacturing Operations, which owns product configuration, engineering change control, product data governance, and PLM processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating changes across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams; tracking actions to completion; conducting impact assessments; facilitating change reviews; and maintaining accurate product records and documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate ECRs, ECOs, and deviations from initiation through implementation
- Support impact assessments and change review processes
- Track actions and surface blockers to keep changes progressing
- Ensure changes are complete, reviewed, and implemented correctly
- Improve visibility and maintain accurate product configuration records
- Facilitate clear communication across cross-functional teams
- Work with manufacturing partners and technical teams
You'll need experience in engineering change control, product lifecycle management, or manufacturing operations. Proficiency with PLM, ERP, or engineering data management systems is essential, along with solid understanding of bills of materials (BOMs), part numbering, revision control, and engineering documentation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication are critical.
Desirable experience includes electronics, semiconductors, or complex hardware product development; practical experience with controlled change processes; familiarity with Arena PLM; and a relevant degree or equivalent industry experience.
