ServiceNow is seeking an Engagement Manager to join the Veza team (now part of ServiceNow following the March 2026 acquisition). Veza is a pioneer in identity security, providing an AI-native Access Graph platform that maps organizations' entire identity ecosystems across users, groups, roles, policies, permissions, and resources. The platform delivers visibility and control over human, non-human, and agentic identities across SaaS, cloud, on-premises, and custom applications. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation, ensuring successful outcomes for enterprise customers. You'll provide clear communication to cross-functional teams and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong partnerships, driving high-priority initiatives, tracking capacity and demand across key programs, and managing complex stakeholder relationships. You will collaborate with diverse internal cross-functional stakeholders to increase the efficiency and efficacy of the product development organization. This is a hands-on role requiring you to identify opportunities for operational improvement, suggest solutions, and deliver strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles. You'll utilize project management software to keep initiatives organized, track metrics, and report on progress. The company is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive experience for all candidates. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of project/program management experience in mid-to-large size companies - Enterprise Customer Engagement experience (required) - Experience with Identity and Access Management and/or Identity Governance - Experience within the Cybersecurity industry - Ability to quickly and effectively adjust to changes in priority and unforeseen challenges - Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams - Proficiency with project management software for organization, metrics tracking, and progress reporting - Strong self-awareness and ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback - Demonstrated ability to independently adjust work deliverables as priorities shift
