Salary: USD 85,000 - 102,000 / annual

You will join the Professional Services team as an Engagement Manager, responsible for end-to-end customer project management from kick-off through closure. You will ensure successful delivery of implementation projects, manage customer relationships, and coordinate across internal teams to drive customer success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage simultaneous customer implementation projects using Beamery's methodologies
- Partner with customers to develop solution charters, scopes, and success plans
- Collaborate with customer project managers on planning, weekly updates, progress tracking, and evaluation
- Manage statements of work and contracts, applying change control procedures as needed
- Lead internal and external reporting on customer outcomes, progress, issues, and budget/financial tracking
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer relationships and project escalations
- Manage project team resources, review tasks and schedules, and recommend adjustments
- Assess risks and apply mitigating actions
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions Delivery, and Customer Success teams
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to enhance delivery methodologies
- Travel up to 30% for in-person client meetings
The Professional Services function includes Implementation Services and Integration Services teams. The team guides customers through implementation planning, workflow discovery, platform configuration, user training, tech-stack integration, and user system testing, ensuring successful hand-off to Customer Success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on project/program management, implementation, or business analyst experience
- Enterprise-level HR tech/SaaS or similar disruptive software technology industry experience (ideal)
- Proven track record delivering complex software product implementations for high-profile customers (highly valued)
- Project Management Methodology and/or Software Development Lifecycle experience
- Transformation leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for coaching and developing junior team members
- Excellent technical and business communication and presentation skills
- Growth mindset with ability to identify solutions for long-term customer and company value
- Experience in Talent/HR technology (highly valued)

Role is available for remote candidates in Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Austin, TX area.
