As Engagement Manager, you will own the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. Your core responsibility is designing and executing tailored adoption playbooks that drive multi-year transformation in how clients work with Legora. Key responsibilities include: designing each client's change-management approach and stakeholder strategy; sequencing initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption; acting as a strategic advisor who understands client goals and surfaces high-impact opportunities; driving sustained value through structured operating cadences including success plans, enablement, and value reviews; orchestrating cross-functional engagement from GTM, Product, Engineering, and Support teams; partnering on commercial moments and expansion opportunities; and translating customer feedback into product and enablement improvements. You will work with demanding, senior stakeholders at complex organizations, requiring strong program management, communication, and emotional intelligence. The role demands someone who understands transformation design, can build tailored roadmaps, and drives measurable outcomes and ROI. Ideal candidates bring 3-6 years (Manager level) or 5-8 years (Senior Manager level) of experience in management consulting, legal, LegalTech, or customer success in AI-native B2B environments. You should have a track record of designing and delivering change-management programs in large organizations, driving adoption and retention with enterprise clients, and working with regulated or complex industries. Strong metrics fluency, data-driven decision-making, and comfort in fast-paced, early-stage environments are essential.
