ServiceNow is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the on-time, on-budget delivery of defined solution scopes for enterprise customers. In this role, you will oversee project delivery using ServiceNow's NowCreate methodology, working collaboratively with customer project teams and services partners to ensure governance, risk mitigation, and successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Leading delivery teams throughout engagements, often in partnership with external services providers - Managing engagement governance, timelines, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials - Serving as the primary contact between ServiceNow, partners, and customers to understand business challenges and align deliverables with customer goals - Applying NowCreate methodology and prescriptive guidance to drive delivery and long-term customer success - Mentoring Customer Outcomes and partner team members to achieve engagement deliverables - Identifying gaps between actual and planned progress, proposing solutions and driving resolutions - Leading complex multi-workstream programs in collaboration with services partners This is a people-management role where you will assemble and lead ServiceNow resources, ensure team members understand planned tasks, track progress, and manage deviations through appropriate measures. Requirements: - 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization, or equivalent education/experience - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact) - Fluency in Japanese (required) - Authorization to work in Japan (required) - Ability to travel up to 20% - Creativity and comfort running projects independently - Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution - Experience working collaboratively - ServiceNow certifications (preferred)
